Annually many brands like Hello Kitty and Friends update their Brand Guides. They change their graphics, patterns, fonts, colors, etc. Jacmel likes to keep their popular products on the shelves, but to do this they have to update their packaging when the new Guides come out. Throughout the summer I was assigned to update the packaging for many of these products. While doing this work I had to stay attentive to not alter the brands’s wishes. At the same time I had to look at the packaging layout to see what best fits given the shape and structure. Below are some examples of the packaging I updated.
